(Cass Lake, MN) -- The Cass County, Minnesota Sheriff’s Office says a 34-year-old man is dead after a drive-by shooting in Cass Lake. This happened overnight Monday around 2:45am, when the victim, who authorities say was attending a house party, was hit by gunfire while in a yard outside a home. The victim was taken by ambulance to the Cass Lake Indian Services Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. An autopsy is scheduled with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office. The investigation is ongoing.
