(Minot, ND) -- Due to drought conditions North Dakota will open the Conservation Reserve Program land for emergency grazing.
Officials say it will open on a case-by-case basis. People can apply, but have to go through the landowner.
The program is supposed to start in August, but officials hope it can be open sooner.
