(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota farmers and ranchers are struggling as a widespread drought continues. Prospects for quality crops and decent livestock are fading as one of the most severe droughts in recent memory grips the state. A drought town hall meeting was hosted in Washburn Wednesday evening by Governor Doug Burgum and Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring. Burgum called the conditions a "full-blown crisis."
