North Dakota Farmers, Ranchers Struggle As Serious Drought Continues

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota farmers and ranchers are struggling as a widespread drought continues.  Prospects for quality crops and decent livestock are fading as one of the most severe droughts in recent memory grips the state.  A drought town hall meeting was hosted in Washburn Wednesday evening by Governor Doug Burgum and Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring.  Burgum called the conditions a "full-blown crisis."
