MN Lawmakers Hold Special Session Today

(St. Paul, MN)  --  The Minnesota Legislature will be returning to the Capitol today for a special session.  Governor Tim Walz says lawmakers are coming together to finalize the state's two-year, 52-billion-dollar budget.  To prevent a shutdown, it needs to get passed by July 1st.  Both sides in the Democrat-controlled House and Republican-controlled Senate said they are willing to throw some things out to reach a deal and put off a government shutdown.
