(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota's economic outlook is improving. North Dakota State University released its second quarter outlook yesterday. NDSU economists found the state has a growing labor force, and increase in gross state product, and steady total tax collections. University economists say difficulties in the labor market continue because total wages and salaries are projected to decrease and unemployment might rise.
