One Hurt in Three Vehicle Crash in Devils Lake

(Fargo, ND)  --  A Fargo man is facing charges following a three-vehicle crash in Devil's Lake.  The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the collision happened yesterday morning at the intersection of U.S. Highway Two and State Highway 20.  NDHP says 28-year-old Tanner Mitchell ran a stoplight on Highway 20 and t-boned a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Paul Tronson, with 63-year-old Kristy Tronson in the passenger seat.  A driver's side tire from Mitchell's car flew off and struck a vehicle occupied by 84-year-old Earl Pelton and 80-year-old Darlene Pelton.  One person was treated for serious injuries, but the person's name hasn't been released.  Mitchell faces DUI, DUS, and reckless driving charges, and was also cited for running a red light.
