Army Corps To Give Update On DAPL By Monday

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The Army Corps of Engineers is being required to provide an update on the status of the Dakota Access Pipeline.  A federal judge has ordered the Army Corps to give the latest status by Monday on when the environment impact statement may be complete.  The Army Corps must also report their opinion on whether the pipeline should be shut down while the review is continued.
