(Bismarck, ND)  --  Governor Doug Burgum is set to decide the fate of millions in college grants.  A bill introduced months ago that would move the over eleven-million dollars in grants forward only if schools decide not to pay for curriculum from Planned Parenthood or any abortion provider.  The higher education grant program bill was amended to cut the budget from 20-million to eleven-million and designating that no state money can be used if the curriculum is provided by an abortion provider.
