State House Leader Pollert Says He Won't Ask For Scott Louser's Expulsion

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota House Majority Leader Chet Pollert won't ask for the expulsion of Assistant Majority Leader Scott Louser or ask him to step down from that role.  This according to house officials, who says his colleague does not appear to have a behavior problem related to the incident.  State troopers pulled Louser over shortly after midnight on April 16th.  He was reportedly arrested for DUI after refusing to take a breathalyzer test.
