(Bismarck, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is set to sign another bill into law today, this one aimed at protecting North Dakota businesses and hospitals from being sued over Coronavirus matters. HB 1175 offers immunity from civil suits stemming from an individual's exposure to Coronavirus. It also offers protection to healthcare providers from similar suits. The governor set to sign the bill in a ceremony later this morning.
