House Bill To Ban Vaccine Passports Rejected On Introduction

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The North Dakota House is rejecting a proposal to ban vaccine passports.  The bill was dead on arrival yesterday when a vote to introduce it failed.   A crowd of supporters in the balcony shouted their dismay at the lawmakers.  House members cited bills with similar amendments circulating as a reason to reject a stand-alone measure.  One of those measures in the Senate was rejected at the same time the House bill failed to be introduced.
