Bill Allows Pheasant Hunting By Non-ND Residents

(Bismarck, ND)  --  A new bill is allowing certain non-residents to pheasant hunt in North Dakota.  The House bill makes it possible for non-residents who own property enrolled in the PLOTS program to hunt on their own land during the first seven days of the season.  Division Chief Jeb Williams of the Game and Fish Department says the bill would encourage non-residents to enroll in the PLOTS program by giving them the chance to hunt on their own land.
