Bill To Limit Governor's Powers Packed With Amendments

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The North Dakota House is advancing a bill to limit the governor's emergency powers that is packed with amendments.  The Senate bill included amendments dealing with vaccine passport requirements, the potential for the legislature to reconvene during emergencies, and undocumented child migrant facilities.  The House divided the legislation into two parts and passed both after lengthy debate.  The newly passed bill is headed back to the Senate for approval.
