(Grand Forks County, ND) -- Health officials say Grand Forks County is about halfway toward COVID-19 herd immunity but are facing the challenge of vaccine hesitancy. A large number of people say they are skeptical about the vaccine. Over 21-thousand county residents are fully vaccinated. Health officials are aiming for 60-percent vaccinations, which would achieve herd immunity.
