(Morton County, ND) -- A former Mandan police officer is awaiting sentencing after he pleaded guilty to several charges yesterday in a Morton County sex crimes case. Court officials say 45-year-old Scott Warzecha admitted his guilt on two felony charges after admitting he used a hidden cellphone to illegally record sexual acts. Court officials say Warzecha, who is free on bond, is likely to be sentenced to three years in prison followed by another three years' probation.
