ND Senate Limits Voters To 30 Minutes To Cast Ballots

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota senators are limiting voters to 30 minutes to cast their ballots at the polls.  Supporters say the limit ensures that votes can be counted on election night and processed properly.  The bill allows voters exceeding to the time limit to hand in their ballot as is or have it set aside and counted as an absentee after Election Day.  The bill is headed back to the House for approval.
