(Bismarck, ND) -- A proposal to increase North Dakota's gas tax by three cents per gallon is on a road to nowhere. This according to state officials, who say proposal aimed at funding repairs to North Dakota road failed to attract sufficient support from the state senate last week. Proponents say the measure would have funded significant infrastructure improvements across the state.
