(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota House is rejecting a bill that would have created a pilot project to regulate charges for virtual services. The pilot project would have limited clinics to charge the same for virtual services as for in-person services. The bill failed after many representatives called the project price setting and an insurance mandate.
