(Minneapolis, MN) -- Witness testimony will resume this morning in the Derek Chauvin trial. Chauvin is the former Minneapolis police officer accused of killing George Floyd last summer by kneeling on his neck for about nine minutes outside of a convenience store. Today's testimony will begin with EMT Genevieve Hansen, who testified yesterday that she witnessed the incident and was upset by what she saw. Prosecutors showed video footage of Hansen pleading with officers to check Floyd's pulse. Testimony in the Chauvin trial will continue at 10:30am Eastern time.
