(Grand Forks, ND) -- The University of North Dakota is requesting the Johnson and Johnson vaccine for its students. The university has been in talks with health officials to set aside a certain number of the vaccine doses specifically for students. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine is the only approved one-shot dose. University officials say the one-shot vaccine would be more convenient for students who will be leaving campus soon and avoid students missing a second shot or opting out completely.
