ND GOPers Oppose Reported Plan To Send Migrants To State For Processing

(Bismarck, ND) -- Two North Dakota Republican lawmakers say they'll oppose any plan by the Biden administration to send migrants from the Texas border to states near the Canadian border for processing.  The Washington Post reported on the plan yesterday and cited two Homeland Security officials.  North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer and Representative Kelly Armstrong say they want the White House to withdraw the proposal.  Armstrong maintains the plan is a national security risk, while Cramer says he has been fighting such efforts since the Obama administration looked into sending unaccompanied minors to Grand Forks five years ago.
