North Dakota Joins Lawsuit, Wants Keystone Pipeline Cancellation Reversed

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The Attorneys General for Montana and North Dakota are now a part of a 21-state lawsuit to block the cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline.  The lawsuit alleges that President Biden's executive order to stop the operation of the pipeline is a regulation of international and interstate commerce, which can only be done by Congress.  The lawsuit also says the president went beyond the scope of his powers in pulling the pipeline's permit.  Some of the other states included in the lawsuit are South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming.
