(St. Paul, MN) -- Governor Tim Walz is expected to reveal the state's largest dial back of COVID-19 restrictions today. Walz says we're at a point where we have not been since the pandemic started, and it will start to give guidance on larger gatherings starting as early as April. The governor didn't get into specifics, but he will make the announcement during an address today at 11 a.m.
