(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Capitol building is moving towards loosening some mask rules. The state Senate and House both passed rules yesterday that no longer require lawmakers to wear masks while in the chambers. Guests in the chambers must still wear masks. Some rooms and hallways in the Capitol building require masks, while others don't because different branches of government control different wings.
