(Bismarck, ND) -- The first bills from the 2021 session of the Legislature are headed to Governor Doug Burgum's desk for signature. The Senate sent 15 bills that were passed yesterday to the governor's desk. Bills include a proposal that would extend a 2019 law allowing agreements provide state services for youth judged in tribal courts.
