Senate Passes Bill To Withhold ND Presidential Vote Totals

(Bismarck, ND)  --  The state Senate is advancing a bill that would withhold North Dakota's presidential vote totals on Election Day.  The total votes cast for president would be held back, but percentages would be released after presidential electors votes are canvassed.  Lawmakers in favor of the bill say it would help smaller states like North Dakota.  The bill passed by a large margin.
