(Undated) -- Airports will be packed over the holidays.
Triple-A predicts this holiday season will be the busiest ever for air travel, with Thursday and Friday likely to be the most active days for departures.
The record for airline travelers was set back in 2019 when over seven-million flyers crowded the airports.
Triple-A predicts that record will be broken this year.
Weather forecasters are expecting good traveling conditions across much of the U.S., though some cities like Boston, New York and Atlanta could face rain delays.
Developing storms could also create turbulence in the Pacific Northwest and in the Southern Plains.
