(Atlanta, GA) -- The CDC is warning healthcare providers about an "urgent need" to ramp up flu, COVID-19 and RSV vaccines.
The agency said in an alert Thursday low vaccination rates and an uptick in respiratory disease activity across the US could lead to a strain on health care capacity.
The CDC estimates about 42-percent of children have their flu shot, and for adults that number is at about 41-percent.
