(Wilmington, DE) -- Fox Corporation Chairman Rupert Murdoch reportedly is expected to be called to testify in Dominion Voting Systems' one-point-six billion dollar lawsuit against his company as soon as Monday.
Jury selection is scheduled to begin Thursday in Delaware Superior Court.
Opening statements are set for Monday and Bloomberg reports that Murdoch is likely to be the second witness called.
Dominion is suing Fox News for defamation, accusing the conservative cable network and several of its hosts of falsely claiming that Dominion's voting machines were rigged to steal the 2020 presidential election from former President Donald Trump.
