(Park City, UT) -- A Utah jury has determined Gwyneth Paltrow was not at fault for a ski slope crash involving a retired optometrist in 2016.

76-year-old Terry Sanderson sued the Oscar-winning actress for 300-thousand dollars, claiming Paltrow skied into him and left him with four broken ribs and a serious head injury.

Paltrow counter sued for court fees and a symbolic one-dollar.

After a two-week trial, an eight-person jury deliberated for less than three hours before finding that Sanderson was at fault, and clearing Paltrow of any wrongdoing.
