(New York, NY) -- Pepsi has a new logo.
The company is responding to feedback from consumers describing the logo from memory.
Until now, the brand name "Pepsi" was off to the side of the signature red and blue globe.
The company's chief design officer told CNN that Pepsi "couldn't ignore" insight from customers assuming the name was inside the globe.
