(Elizabethtown, PA) -- Federal safety authorities have fined leaders at a Pennsylvania candy plant after two workers fell into a vat of chocolate last year.

OSHA says Mars Wrigley was cited in the June accident at the Elizabethtown M&M/Mars factory, near Harrisburg.

The fine was for 14-thousand-500-dollars.

OSHA says the two workers, who were trained by an outside contractor, weren't supposed to be working in the tanks and weren't trained on proper procedures for the equipment.
