(Fargo, ND) -- Midsize housing markets are expected to see the strongest growth in sales and prices in 2023, according to a report from Realtor.com.
Those areas didn't see as much price surge during the pandemic and are still somewhat affordable.
At the top of the list is Hartford, Connecticut, followed by El Paso, Texas and Louisville, Kentucky.
Worcester, Massachusetts and Buffalo, New York round out the top five.
