(Fargo, ND) -- Halloween is here and if you still need to stock up on treats the trick is to not spend too much.
The financial website Investopedia estimates Americans will spend about ten-point-six billion dollars on Halloween candy, costumes, and decorations this year. That breaks down to 100 dollars per person for one of the biggest retail spending events of the year.
Sixty-nine percent of Americans say they plan to celebrate Halloween, up from 65-percent last year.
