(Kathmandu) -- A Sherpa from Nepal has set a record by climbing the world's 14 tallest peaks for a second time.

Sanu Sherpa set the record Thursday morning when the 47-year-old climber reached the top of Pakistan's Gasherbrum II. The elevations of the 14 tallest peaks are all more than eight-thousand meters, or 26-thousand-247 feet.

Six are in Pakistan and Tibet, while the other eight, including world's tallest Mount Everest, are in Nepal.
