(Taylor County, FL) -- A teenage girl is seriously injured after a shark attacked her at a Florida beach.
It happened on Thursday at Keaton Beach in northwest Florida's Taylor County. The Sheriff's Office said the girl was in water about five feet deep when the shark bit her.
A family member jumped into the water and beat the shark until it released the girl. She was airlifted to a hospital in Tallahassee.
