Public memorial held to mark one year Sursfide collapse anniversary

(Surfside, FL) -- Friday marks one year since the deadly Surfside, Florida condo collapse and family members, emergency officials, and politicians will gather this morning for a public memorial.

Urban search-and-rescue crews will read the names of the 98 people who died and a torch will burn in their memory at Veterans Park.

First Lady Jill Biden will be among the speakers at the memorial.
