(Washington, DC) -- A bi-partisan group of senators is unveiling a framework deal to reduce gun violence.

The agreement announced Sunday includes enhanced review for gun buyers under the age of 21 and incentives for states to enact "red flag" laws.

President Biden quickly praised the proposal, saying that he's ready to sign whatever proposals land on his desk as soon as possible.
