(Napa Co., CA) -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband is facing DUI charges in California.
Paul Pelosi was arrested Saturday in Napa County, with TMZ the first to report on it. He was reportedly booked into jail on counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher after being involved in a collision. Bail was set at five-thousand-dollars and Pelosi was released Sunday morning.
Nancy Pelosi has released a statement saying she will not comment on her husband's arrest. She was in Rhode Island Sunday to give a commencement speech at Brown University.
