Green Bay Packers pick NDSU's Christian Watson

 (Las Vegas, NV) -- North Dakota State Receiver Christian Watson is joining the Green Bay Packers.

Watson was drafted No. 34 overall. He is the first NDSU wide receiver to be drafted into the NFL since Stacy Robinson in 1985.

Watson played a pivotal role in generating 57 plays which went 20 or more yards. During the pre-draft process, Watson had a 4.36-second time in 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, with a 38 1/2 inch vertical jump.
