(Heathrow, FL) -- Relief at the pump is coming slowly.

Twenty-nine states are now under the four-dollar mark for a gallon of gas. Triple-A puts today's national average at four-08, down another penny and eight cents less than last week. This makes 15 straight days of prices dropping.

Drivers in California are still paying the most at five-73, almost the same as last month. Missouri is the cheapest place to fill up at three-64 a gallon.

As for North Dakota, the state average is $3.84 a gallon, with Cass County at roughly $3.82 per gallon.
