(Russia) -- As many as 40-thousand Russian troops have been killed, injured, captured, or gone missing in the first month of the war in Ukraine. That's according to a NATO estimate which says of that number, between seven- and 15-thousand troops are dead. Russian officials have refused to disclose those numbers. A Kremlin spokesperson says releasing them is the Ministry of Defense's "exclusive prerogative."
