(Washington, DC) -- President Biden is headed to Belgium Wednesday to take part in tomorrow's NATO summit.

He's expected to reveal new sanctions against Russia for invading Ukraine almost a month ago. Biden could also confirm he's leaving troops in NATO countries.

The president of Ukraine will address the group as well about the war. Volodymyr Zelensky already said this week he's ready to discuss a peace deal with Russia's leader to stop the fighting.
