(Washington, DC) -- President Biden warns gas prices in the U.S. will keep rising.
Tuesday, Biden announced a U.S. ban on Russian oil imports as the Ukraine invasion grows bloodier. He noted that Russian oil makes up only a small part of the oil available to the U.S. However, Biden warned the move will likely cause U.S. gas prices to rise even more.
Gas prices are now the highest they've ever been, up to four-dollars and 17-cents a gallon Tuesday. The White House has been under increasing bipartisan pressure to halt all Russian energy imports.
