(Washinton)--A new study shows daily walks could help prevent Alzheimer's and dementia. The Washington VA Medical Center found out of nearly 650-thousand participants with an average age of 61, non-active participants saw nearly three more cases of Alzheimer's develop per one-thousand person years than the active group. The findings suggested that averaging two-and-a-half-hours of walking a week has a great impact.
