President Biden committed to keeping U.S. troops from Russia conflict

(Washington, D.C.) -- President Biden is committed to keeping U.S. troops out of the conflict with Russia in Ukraine.  That's according to White House press secretary Jen Psaki. She said a no-fly zone would need troops to implement it.  She said the move would require deploying American troops which would mean the potential for a direct conflict and potentially a war with Russia.  This comes as Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky called for a "complete closure of the sky."
