(Washington, DC) -- President Biden is rejecting a claim by his predecessor that White House visitor logs are covered by executive privilege.
Former President Trump made that assertion as the committee investigating last year's Capitol riot wants to get a hold of them. However, Biden's White House counsel informed the National Archives the sitting commander-in-chief doesn't believe they fall under executive privilege.
The agency was then instructed to turn them over within 15 days.
