Canada emergency over COVID vax protest

(Canada) -- Canada's capital is in a state of emergency as a protest shuts down most of the city.  

This is the tenth day truckers have been camped in Ottawa protesting COVID restrictions. They started rolling in as part of a so-called "Freedom Convoy," demanding the vaccine mandate between Canada and the U.S. end. They're also against lockdowns.  

The mayor has asked the government to step in, saying they need to get the situation resolved quickly.
