(Washington, D.C.) -- A Republican senator is "hopeful" the Senate will move forward soon on a Russian sanctions package. South Carolina's Lindsey Graham said it would involve sanctions now for the provocation Russia has been engaged in with Ukraine. Graham added there would be more consequences after any Russian invasion. He said he hoped it would "destroy the Russian economy as we know it."
