(Brussels) -- Intel is now off the hook for a big antitrust fine in Europe.

A European Union court has thrown out the one-point-two-billion-dollar fine against the California-based tech company. The European Commission leveled the fine against Intel, but the General Court found the analysis into the issue was "incomplete."

Intel was accused of trying drive out competitors from the market for data center processors.
